Experience &
Qualifications:

- Must be available to work a minimum of 28 hours up to 40 hours a week - shifts are Sunday-Thursday.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a multi-unit facilities maintenance position.
- Excellent operational knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment.
- Experience with new builds and renovations.
- Must be able to provide reliable vehicle.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred, but not required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to perform repairs in the following areas (but not limited to):
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Kitchen equipment and appliances
- Light millwork
- Painting
- Doors
- Tile work
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Refrigeration
- Kitchen hot line equipment
- Grease trap cleaning
- Kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and mechanicals, and any other areas that can be maintained to prolong the life of the equipment and prevent issues before they arise.
- Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects.
- Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion.
- Performs regular property inspections.
- Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues.
- Available on a 24-hour basis in order to address building emergencies during on call shifts.
- Reports to Facilities Director, Facilities Manager and other members of the Director team.
