• Each person who enters the Trainee Program shall attend the Local 399 School at their own expense for the full three 3 year period Effective July 1 2024 per IUOE guidelines the
• Trainee wage during the first 12 months of service shall be 1825 per hour and shall increase by 075 per hour to 1900 during the second 12 months of service
• During the third 12 months of service the wage shall be 1975 per hour and shall increase by 125 per hour to 2100 per hour during the fourth
