Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in steel (ideal), heavy industry, or manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting skills & experience with CMMS systems
- Knowledge of CAD (mechanical) or PLC programming (electrical)
- Effective communication & leadership skills
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians
- Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
