Executive Housekeeper

A warm, respectful executive couple in Chicago's Gold Coast is seeking a full-time Executive Housekeeper. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day care and organization of a stunning residence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks impeccable at all times. The home is already supported by a part-time housekeeper who handles deep cleaning, allowing you to focus on maintaining order, detail work, and overall household flow.

A primarily hands-on role requiring exceptional housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation skills, with full cleaning responsibilities on days the part-time housekeeper is off.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented home on a daily basis
• Care for fine furnishings, high-end finishes, artwork, and wardrobe with attention and expertise
• Manage laundry and linens, including ironing, steaming, and closet organization
• Assist with light meal prep, grocery shopping, and household stocking
• Simple errands and provide occasional support with school pick-ups and vendor coordination
• Keep closets, pantries, and storage spaces organized and functional
• Support the household with a proactive, can-do attitude

• 5+ years of experience in a large private home (5,000+ sq ft)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Experience caring for luxury homes and materials
• Reliable, professional, and service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable driving in the city
• Excellent references

Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM). Flexibility is appreciated for occasional needs.

• $40–$60 per hour, depending on experience
