City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, providing commercial contracts and partnering with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. The company handles sales, client communication, billing, and collections, allowing contractors to focus on their core services.

We are seeking established independent contractors to service commercial clients throughout South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Ideal candidates have a structured business, provide professional window washing or other commercial cleaning services, and are looking for steady, recurring work without chasing new contracts or unpaid invoices.

City Wide offers guaranteed payment on the 10th of every month for work performed, along with opportunities for revenue growth and consistent crew staffing.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required)
• Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably
• Professional cleaning equipment and supplies, or the ability to acquire them
• General liability insurance (required)
• Workers’ compensation coverage, as applicable
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and accountability
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism

Preferred:

• Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities
• Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control
• Capacity to take on recurring accounts

The Opportunity

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks experienced commercial cleaning contractors to support a growing portfolio of clients across the region. Contractors will deliver consistent, high-quality results for offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial properties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing general janitorial services: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms
• Floor care: hard surface maintenance and basic care programs
• High‑touch surface disinfection
• Periodic services such as deep cleaning, detailing, or specialty tasks as needed
• Nightly or scheduled recurring service (typically five times a week)
• After‑hours work in occupied facilities
• Coordination with facility managers and the City Wide team
• Following defined scopes and specifications
• Maintaining consistency and attention to detail
• Delivering inspection‑ready results

City Wide will: manage the client relationship, define scope and service expectations, handle communication, billing, and collections.
