Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $16.70 per hour.
• Shift Differential: $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $250.
• $250 quarterly bonus program for eligible shifts (variable day shifts).

As a member of the Sanitation Team, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing tools, equipment, and surfaces in the Dishwashing Room using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintaining cleanliness is essential to ensure GMP compliance.

• Wash dishes and equipment in the Dishwashing Room to achieve Farmer’s Fridge cleanliness standards.
• Change dishwasher water, detergent, and sanitizer; complete the Dishwasher Water Change Checklist.
• Clean the tool storage boxes, dish shelves, and stages weekly and keep the dish room tidy.
• Communicate with the QFS Team regarding equipment that needs to be swabbed to return to production.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and other rooms, keep floor drains free of debris, dump trash and compost bins.

• Able to stand and work for 8+ hour shifts in cold (approximately 40°F) and hot environments.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated coolers (~38°F). Able to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English preferred).
• Desire to improve processes and track data for performance insights.
