Job Type: Part‑time. Work:
Manual labor.

Salary: $17.00 per hour.

The cleaner maintains and cleans assigned areas, both inside and outside the location, including office spaces, bathrooms, dining areas (interior/exterior), elevators, water fountains, and walkways (interior/exterior). Must be willing to complete tasks and work assigned hours.

• Remove snow / add salt
• Clean and restock bathrooms
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Reposition furniture, dust, and clean surfaces
• Perform additional tasks as needed
• The assigned area may be an office building, warehouse, school, university, or other facility.
• Must wear snow boots and dress appropriately for the weather.
• Show integrity at all times
• Be willing to complete assigned tasks and hours
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cooperate with staff and management
• Excel at communication skills
