Seasonal Amenity Porter

Responsibilities

Full‑time Seasonal Amenity Porter at Related’s Luxury Building, One Bennett Park, Chicago, IL. Responsibilities include ensuring the entire area is clean and set up at shift start and maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the day.

Specifically, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of general pool area including organizing and cleaning pool furniture, maintaining lost & found, picking up trash as needed, wiping off grills and tables
• Anticipate resident needs
• Adhere to the opening and closing duties
• Generate a safe, warm, and relaxing atmosphere
• Conduct consistent walk‑throughs of the pool area at least every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment operation
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

$20 per hour

Thursday – Saturday: 2 pm – 10 pm

Sunday – Monday: 11 am – 7 pm

• 1–2 years’ experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industries
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook and Yardi
• Must be able to work 8‑hour shifts on feet
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• May be required to work nights, weekends and overtime
