Production Operator - Chicago

Lettr Labs is a fast-growing direct mail marketing tech startup, combining software, automation, and robotics to create truly unique products. We’re seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented team member who’s ready to hit the ground running and grow with us.

As part of our Production & Operations team, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, helping us fulfill production needs and ensure smooth day-to-day flow. This is a brand new site facility that we're opening and you will be a part of the inaugural Operations Team!

• Operate and monitor production and printing equipment
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance
• Perform general operational tasks (e.g., sorting, stacking, stripping materials)
• Assist with supply and inventory management
• Clean and maintain work areas (including trash disposal)
• Rotate through multiple tasks and job stations
• Collaborate with facility and operations leadership
• Uphold safety protocols and workplace cleanliness

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in production or a similar operational role is required, along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to take ownership and continuously improve.

• 21+ years of age
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a history of consistent attendance
• Comfortable with physical work (lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, bending, climbing)
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Sign a non‑disclosure agreement
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and consistent reliability
• Loud, industrial setting
• Exposure to moving machinery and mechanical parts
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Employees can expect 40 hours per week

• Ability to flex schedule as needed on weekends to work OT

Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location. This range is for base salary, our total compensation includes equity and benefits. We welcome you to apply even if your expectations are outside our listed range.
