Project Tech

• Drive results and quality for each stripping & waxing project assigned.
• Perform assignments according to the company schedule and as expected by the customer.
• Use floor machines for buffing, stripping, waxing, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning safely, following proper usage guidelines and the agreed schedule with the store.
• Perform carpet extraction when required.
• Keep facilities fresh, clean, and safe for everyone.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shine surfaces professionally.
• Take out trash and recycling.
• Restock supplies, empty wastebaskets, and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals.
• Sweep and damp mop floors with disinfectant.
• Spot clean soiled areas when needed.
• Perform general cleaning tasks (restroom, offices, cafeteria, sales floor, and others as assigned).
• Perform stripping & waxing – wet floor care, using scrubbers, extractors, and buffers.
• Refill all restroom dispensers as needed.
• Perform all general required tasks as directed by Lead Custodian or Management.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner according to company guidelines and regulations.
• Read, understand, and follow units of measure on product labels.
• Apply knowledge of cleaning techniques, processes, and the uses of various cleaning, sanitizing, stripping, and waxing compounds.
