As a Maintenance Leader, you'll oversee maintenance operations while driving equipment reliability, improving plant performance, and developing a proactive maintenance culture. These positions offer opportunities on day and night shifts

Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Supervisors & Managers:- Lead, coach, and develop your maintenance team
- Direct Preventative & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment skills
- Manage maintenance projects, budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital improvements
- Utilize CMMS systems to schedule and monitor maintenance activities
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve plant performance
- Maintain compliance with all safety, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- Support facility utilities and building systems as required
- At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- At least 2 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in food manufacturing is preferred, but other high-speed manufacturing industries will be considered
- Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing equipment
- Experience with 480V electrical systems, conveyors, pumps, compressors, fillers, packaging equipment, refrigeration, utilities, or wastewater systems is a plus
- Experience with Preventative, Predictive, & CMMS Maintenance programs
- Wastewater systems management
- Ammonia refrigeration experience or certification
