The University of Chicago's OPS Facilities Electric Shop is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Electrical Services function and contribute to campus energy conservation projects.
Responsibilities include fixture maintenance, replacing tubes and lamps, cleaning lenses, entering job data, and assisting in training new staff. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in varied temperatures; a valid driver's license and MVR check are required.
