Provide oversight in day-to-day maintenance for the Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center (RJKCCC).;
Perform general maintenance including painting, carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks as assigned.;
Address emergency repair and safety issues and coordinate with approved contractors as needed.;
Work with outside providers and contractors to manage and repair the physical plant.;
Monitor facility systems including pools, athletic facilities, HVAC, and related equipment; maintain logs and reports; ensure guest safety; assist in preventive maintenance plans.
