Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards;
Documents maintenance activities using CMMS;
Maintains, repairs, and conducts complex troubleshooting on mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, heat exchangers, controls);
Maintains, repairs, and conducts complex troubleshooting on patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables);
Performs preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical/electrical systems and building components
