  • Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability
  • Lead troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues to keep production running smoothly
  • Oversee workforce planning and scheduling including hiring, training, and employee development
  • Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment at all times
  • Collaborate with production teams and participate in capital projects to drive efficiency and reliability improvements
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • BS/BA or AAS degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required with relevant certifications or equivalent maintenance supervision experience accepted
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to train and coach mechanics on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
  • Food, consumer goods, or high-speed packaging experience is a plus
What We Offer
  • Low-cost medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) match and pension plan
  • Family-oriented culture with a genuine focus on work-life balance
  • Opportunity to contribute to capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stable, well-established company with long-term career growth potential

This is a role for someone who leads from the floor, develops people, and takes pride in running a tight, reliable maintenance operation. If that describes you, and let's talk.
