The maintenance technician here handles the full spread: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural repairs, and the preventative work that keeps a property from sliding into deferred-maintenance territory. • High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally in multifamily or a comparable facility setting
• Valid driver's license
• Working knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification (preferred, not required)
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members
• Physical stamina for a role that involves lifting, climbing, and sustained movement throughout the day
