- Experience with field service, machine assembly, industrial maintenance, or machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and common PC software.
- Strong troubleshooting, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills, including algebra, geometry, and business math.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel approximately 40–50% of the time, including overnight travel throughout the U.S., with occasional international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing CNC machinery or industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of CNC motion control systems, including servo motors, stepper motors, and PLC controls.
- Experience providing technical support by phone or remote connection.
- Previous customer-facing field service experience.
