Lead Agent Operations Planning

Envoy Air is looking for individuals to join a team committed to providing outstanding service. The role involves a variety of planning functions for aircraft departures, coordinating overall operations, conducting agent observations, administering local training programs, scheduling and manpower utilization, maintaining supplies and inventory control logs, preparing customer correspondence, investigating discrepancies, compiling statistical data for reports, assisting management in the completion of administrative duties, and more.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old, holding a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent, possessing a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL
-compliant state driver's license or passport, having at least one form of TSA-acceptable identification for business travel purposes, being able to work a variety of rotating shifts, having basic computer skills, being able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language, possessing the legal right to work in the United States, and having good organizational and interpersonal skills.
