Quality Assurance - QA/QC
We are recruiting for an Operations Quality Assurance Coordinator for one of client located in Lincoln Park.
This on-site role that will support the Operations for a Chicago Landmark with an outdoor element, helping ensure high standards across custodial services, facilities, inspections, quality audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring experience in custodial operations, facilities management, quality assurance, or a related field, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Job Functions:- Lead custodial quality assurance efforts through routine inspections, audits, performance tracking, and service improvement initiatives.
- Help develop and maintain quality standards, inspection schedules, operating procedures, and performance metrics.
- Partner with facilities, operations, vendors, and contractors to support consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that share inspection results, service trends, and recommendations.
- Support broader operational needs, including administrative coordination, purchasing, budget tracking, meeting/event setup, fleet management, and special projects.
- Ideal for someone with experience in custodial operations, facilities management, quality assurance, or service provider oversight who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and continuous improvement.
- Three plus years of progressively responsible experience in custodial operations, quality assurance, facilities management, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience working with custodial and service providers preferred.
- Familiarity with work order systems and CMMS platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends for events.
