Public Space Attendant Flex AM and PM

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented professional to support the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming appearance of public areas across a dynamic facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, responds well to changing priorities, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, seating areas, and other high-traffic locations.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and surface sanitizing.
• Clean up to 5 guest rooms that are from day use rooms or help to support the room attendant operation when working evenings.
• Monitor assigned areas throughout the shift and address messes or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Restock supplies as needed to support a clean and comfortable environment for guests, visitors, and staff.
• Follow established safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to individuals in shared public areas when needed.
• Adapt to changing needs and support both morning and evening coverage based on operational requirements.

• Previous experience in custodial, housekeeping, janitorial, facilities, or public area support preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Comfort working in a role that may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including morning and evening shifts as needed.
