Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment in North Central, IL. Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs and services. Analyze equipment data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with maintenance software systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Certification in equipment maintenance a plus.
