Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to execute preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to building systems at our Chicago downtown properties. You will respond to tenant service requests, supervise subcontractors, and help with project planning.
This is a first shift, Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with on-call rotation. You should have a high school diploma or technical degree, relevant licenses, and strong knowledge of energy management and MEP systems.
