Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Premises Maintenance

Maintains the company premises in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Functions:

Maintains sanitary and infection control procedures on the premises.

Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other outside areas of the premises.

Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors, using brooms, mops and power cleaning appliances.

Vacuums rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.

Dust furniture, equipment and other items in offices and other work areas.

Washes walls, woodwork, and windows as necessary.

Empties trash and transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Replenishes bathroom supplies as needed from storage inventory.

Responsible for safe and proper handling of all cleaning machinery and supplies.

Maintains all cleaning equipment and supplies required to perform work task.

Performs other work related duties as assigned.

Shifts:

1st and 2nd Shift Flexibility Required

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Able to relate well with others.

Some experience in general housekeeping preferred.

Able to push 30 – 60 lbs. power cleaning appliance, and able to lift up to 30 lbs. of trash and supplies.

Pay Rate $15.00 per hour
