Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Every Other Weekend Availability Required

Beth Anne Place is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and other shared spaces throughout the community while providing friendly and respectful service to residents and team members.

Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, hallways, and shared spaces

Perform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and waste removal

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the community

Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices

Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or needed repairs to the appropriate team member

Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers

Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment appropriately

Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Director and community leadership

Help create a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Senior living, assisted living, supportive living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical duties required of the position

Every other weekend availability required

Flexibility to work holidays as needed

Must meet applicable health requirements and successfully complete required background checks and training
