• Blueprint and execute repair plans – no guesswork, no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair: straighten, align, pull and handle all aspects of the body.
• Panel and structural work: re‑bend, realign, and return vehicles to factory specifications.
• Ensure quality reassembly: tightened bolts, perfected welds, and flawless final touches.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the workflow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

• At least two years of hands‑on experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge – ability to pull, straighten, and square up vehicles.
• No‑shortcuts mentality: blueprint, fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail – committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.

Flat rate pay from $60,000 to $100,000 plus annual increases based on experience.
