Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

We do not expect candidates to possess expert-level knowledge in every trade listed below. However, we value individuals who bring strong experience and proficiency in one or more of these areas and a willingness to continue learning in others. This is not an entry-level role, but we will provide plenty of hands‑on training.

• Help keep our facilities and grounds safe, clean, and running smoothly
• Assist with general repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of buildings and outdoor areas
• Gain exposure to multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and equipment operation
• Support the facilities team with projects and everyday tasks
• Pitch in with seasonal work like snow removal or groundskeeping

• Someone eager to learn and open to coaching
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on different tasks each day
• Comfortable working in all kinds of conditions (hot, cold, dusty, or outdoors)
