Location: IL, WI, or IN (Must reside near a major airport)

Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate based on experience + Overtime

You will serve as the face of the company in the IL, WI, and IN territory, acting as a critical resource for our clients. You will manage extensive regional driving and some flying, bringing technical expertise directly to customer sites.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues on manufacturing equipment with a heavy focus on electrical systems.

PLC Diagnostics: Utilize PLCs to effectively troubleshoot and isolate equipment faults.

Experience:

Act as a calm, solutions oriented communicator capable of diffusing stressful situations and solving customer problems on the spot.

• Experience Level: Open to a wide range of experience. Whether you are a greener candidate with foundational knowledge or a highly experienced Senior Field Service Technician, we want to speak with you.
• Industry Background: Manufacturing equipment experience is required. Food processing or packaging experience is a plus, but experience with any heavy manufacturing equipment is welcome.
• Technical Strengths: Must be exceptionally strong on the electrical side, with the ability to troubleshoot using PLCs.

  Ability to read schematics and AutoCAD. Candidates with Tool and Die experience or existing trade skill certifications will stand out.
