Commercial Cleaner

National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Full‑Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of all common areas within a luxury high-rise residential condominium in Chicago, IL 60601.

• Clean common areas like lobbies, hallways, and elevators every day.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and keep floors looking clean.
• Wipe and disinfect high‑touch areas such as door handles, railings, and buttons.
• Clean restrooms, gyms, lounges, and other shared spaces.
• Take out trash and recycling and move it to the proper area.
• Keep the mailroom and package areas clean and organized.
• Refill cleaning supplies and restroom products when needed.
• Report any issues such as broken lights, leaks, or safety problems.
• Keep stairwells and emergency exits clean and clear.
• Use cleaning products safely and follow all safety rules.

Thursday – Monday (5 days)

From 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

$21.67 per hour, bi‑weekly pay.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must have previous experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
