We are seeking a dependable and attentive Housekeeper / Firewatch to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

• Conduct scheduled and documented firewatch rounds throughout the facility.

• Monitor for smoke, fire, burning odors, electrical hazards, blocked exits, and other potential fire risks.

• Keep hallways, corridors, exits, stairways, and emergency access areas clear and safe.

• Identify and immediately report fire hazards or unsafe conditions.

• Maintain accurate firewatch logs documenting rounds, observations, and notifications.

• Follow all facility fire-safety and emergency procedures.

• Remain alert and attentive throughout the assigned shift.

• When not conducting firewatch rounds, perform routine housekeeping duties.

• Keep common areas, storage areas, and housekeeping areas clean and organized.

• Report maintenance issues, leaks, damaged equipment, or other safety concerns.

• Reliable and responsible team member.

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, maintenance, security, or firewatch experience preferred.

• Ability to walk throughout the facility and complete repeated rounds.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize potential safety hazards.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to accurately complete required documentation.

• Must complete required fire-safety and emergency-response training.

Firewatch and life safety are the highest priority. The successful candidate must remain vigilant, promptly identify and report hazards, maintain clear emergency pathways, and follow all facility emergency procedures.
