CNC Maintenance Technician

Join our team as the Maintenance Mechanic and take full ownership of facility and equipment maintenance in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Reporting directly to the maintenance supervisor, you will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and building systems, and set the standard for reliable, safety‑conscious maintenance that supports uninterrupted production.

• Inspect and identify manufacturing equipment and machinery in need of repair or preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and determine the appropriate corrective action
• Plan and execute repair work using building blueprints and equipment manuals
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems to ensure operational reliability
• Communicate safety concerns related to personnel and facility conditions in a timely manner
• Order and manage supplies and materials needed to support ongoing maintenance and repairs
• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to QMS effectiveness and conformance

• 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools across a range of maintenance applications
• Ability to read and interpret building blueprints and equipment manuals
• Physical capability to remain on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude, reliable punctuality, and awareness of quality and safety standards
