Utility Steward​/Dishwasher

We are an award-winning employer seeking a Utility Steward/Dishwasher to play a key role in kitchen operations within our luxury senior living residence. You’ll support our culinary team by maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, China and glassware, and flatware, as well as the back-of-house work area. You’ll also handle special projects, which may include helping in our restaurants if required. Essential Functions:

• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen, equipment supplies, pots/pans, small wares, china glass and silver according to established safety standards and regulations.
• Percent of time spent performing this function.
• Cleans kitchen floors, following standard procedures.
• Percent of time spent performing this function.
• Applies knowledge and safe use and storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Percent of time spent performing this function.
• Maintains and records data on required logs per MLW policies and procedures.
• Percent of time spent performing this function.
• Completes daily and weekly cleaning assignments per task lists.
• Percent of time spent performing this function.
• Regularly empties trash containers shift, cleans garbage cans and properly operates compactor.
• Percent of time spent performing this function.
• Minimizes loss and breakage through proper use, cleaning and storage of equipment and supplies.

This position is full-time, flexible days 12:00pm-8:00p or 2:00pm-10:00pm. Holiday availability required.

The hourly base wage range is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly base wage paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, geographic location and market changes. The position is also eligible to participate in Mather benefit plans and Employee Appreciation Fund.

Hourly Pay Range: $17.25 USD - $18 USD
