Key Responsibilities
* Must have knowledge in all areas of maintenance:
* Plumbing, minor electrical repairs, carpentry, flooring.
* Install or repair hot water heaters.
* Repair faucets, drains, etc.
* Replace switches, receptacles, wiring, etc.
* Install woodbase, flooring, glass, etc.
* Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications & Skills
* 2 years of Maintenance experience.
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* English language proficiency
