Covenant Living Communities - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems;
Complete maintenance assignments in apartments, common areas, offices, and service areas;
Respond to emergencies and take corrective actions as needed;
Process and communicate status of work orders and coordinate with service/warranty personnel as needed;
Assist Maintenance Supervisor and potentially train or direct other maintenance staff
