Job Overview

We’re seeking a full‑time Housekeeper whose skills will help keep our beautiful senior living community clean, attractive, comfortable, and safe. You’ll interact with residents to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness in apartments and may also provide laundry service and deep‑cleaning of amenity spaces throughout the community. Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm;
Saturday and Sunday required as needed.

• Performs a variety of tasks which provide and maintain the cleanliness and safety of resident rooms/homes and common areas.
• Sanitizes, vacuums, dusts and removes trash, and maintains a clean, stocked housekeeping cart and closet.
• Coordinates daily housekeeping services with housekeeping management.
• Operates various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical, competently.
• Changes bed linens according to established standards.
• Recognizes and promptly reports maintenance problems and unsafe acts or conditions.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies are low and demonstrates responsibility for conservation of supplies, chemicals, equipment, and utilities.
• Identifies areas for improvement, proposes possible solutions, and participates in data collection and process changes as part of the Quality Assurance Process Improvement process.

Required:

• Ability to read and follow instructions to complete routine tasks and communicate in a friendly, responsive manner.

Preferred:

• High school or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.75 – $21.00 USD.
