Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to ensure that buildings, grounds and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in accordance with policy and code requirements.
You will also handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, inspect and document needed work, manage vendor coordination, and maintain inventory. A flexible schedule and OSHA safety participation are expected.
