Lead Environmental Services Worker

Aramark is seeking a Lead Environmental Services Worker to oversee overnight (3rd shift) cleaning operations in our client facilities. In this hands-on role, you will lead and support a small team to ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and ready for daily use. Responsibilities include assigning and monitoring tasks, performing cleaning and disinfecting, trash removal, and floor care, and ensuring all work follows safety, infection control, and quality standards.

You will help train team members, maintain equipment and supplies, and model Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and respect while providing a clean, welcoming environment for clients and guests. Responsibilities

• Lead and support overnight environmental services staff on shift
• Assign and monitor cleaning tasks to meet service standards
• Perform cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, and floor care
• Inspect areas for cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Train new team members on procedures and safety
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Follow all safety, infection control, and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate with supervisors and clients on issues and needs
• Document work, incidents, and supply usage as required
• Support a culture of teamwork, respect, and service excellence
