Custodial Services Worker (Glenbrook Hospital)

Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

• Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and company regulations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project safety and health.
• Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment.
• Clean assigned areas to company and client standards and requirements.
• Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas.
• Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
• Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Ensure security of company assets.

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and coworkers.
• Adaptable to guests’ needs.

This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. It may also require uniforms and/or the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
