Accounts Payable Clerk Jobs in Hawaii by City

Skills Needed: Qualifications
• Associates Degree in Business or Accounting
• Two (2) - three (3) years’ experience processing high volume accounts payable
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of office products with an emphasis on Excel and Access and spreadsheet creation and maintenance
• Must be highly organized and possess good communication skills
• Must be highly confidential at all times and act as a team player
• Must be flexible to work on multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
• Must be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change

Skills Needed: JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or other analytical major.

• At least 1 year experience in Accounting field

• Proficient in ENGLISH both in speaking and writing.

• Willingness to learn continuously and to adapt to new conditions.

• The ability to learn taught by doing, to think strategically, and foremost to execute.

• Desire to creatively redesign one's own job and free up time to do more.

• Knowledge of basic statistics.

• Knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles and functions.

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel.

• Advanced MS Access and / or SQL skills is a plus.
