• Perform routine cleaning and power washing of equipment and facility areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Conduct equipment repair and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report any safety hazards or operational concerns.
• Demonstrate reliability by consistently completing assigned tasks on time and maintaining a proactive approach to maintenance needs.
