Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks to maintain hotel facilities;
Replace ceiling tiles, sheetrock, and wall coverings; paint designated areas;
Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures; perform minor plumbing functions;
Assist with snow removal, lawn care, gardening and trash removal to maintain curb appeal;
Follow MSDS, OSHA standards, and HHM Earth View sustainability guidelines
