Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician to perform floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet, including stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting at client sites. The role works onsite under limited supervision and collaborates with the Carlson team to deliver superior cleaning services.
The technician will operate floor machines, complete tasks like sweeping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, quality checks and participate in new-hire training.
