Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine facilities maintenance work.
- Change light bulbs and fix leaks.
- Replace filters as needed.
- Inspect the facility for safety hazards and report any issues.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials.
- Set up and break down rooms for meetings and events.
- Clean and take out trash.
Essential Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in plumbing, HVAC, repair, painting, drywall, industrial carpentry, and cleaning.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with hand tools.

Work Environment
The work is conducted within a temperature-controlled and highly organized facility. The position operates during the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford Park, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
