Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Facility Maintenance

Position Title

Maintenance Worker

• Performs general maintenance and repairs on the Tank Farm, Warehouse, facilities, equipment, forklifts, trailers, and trucks.
• Completes routine maintenance and tune ups for trucks including oil changes, minor engine repairs, and various mechanical repairs.
• Maintain and repair all trailers.
• Performs manual warehouse duties as assigned, including painting, rack identification, replacement of light fixtures and light bulbs, trimming trees, and completing outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Coordinates the facility maintenance program to ensure all maintenance is completed routinely.
• Completes various welding and fabrication projects.
• Completes general Tank Farm maintenance including pump and hose inspections.
• Conducts necessary research for non‑standard maintenance and repairs requiring purchase of materials or outside contractors.
• Monitors progress of outside contractors to ensure timely and proper repairs.
• Provides guidance and assistance to less senior maintenance workers.
• Serves on company’s in‑plant or off‑site emergency response team.
• Performs required testing, repairs and re‑certification of IBCs.
• Complies with all company policies, rules, and guidelines.
• Performs all other duties as required.

The ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English.
