Responsibilities- Ensure the timely execution of repair and preventative maintenance activities throughout the facility.
- Manage vendor relationships for trash removal, grounds, power, janitorial, water/sewer, HVAC, and other related contracts.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
