** Position Overview*
* We are seeking two experienced Forklift Drivers to join our close-knit team at our small freezer facility in Northlake, IL. This fast-paced, team-oriented environment values collaboration and reliability. If you thrive in a group setting and have the skills to operate stand-up, reach, or turret trucks in freezer conditions, we want to hear from you!

** Facility Details*
* + Small operation

+ Tight-knit and team-oriented

+ Freezer temperatures:

-10°F, ambient work areas up to 43°F

** Position Details*
* +  
** Equipment:
** Stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks (experience preferred)

** Environment:
** Freezer-must have previous freezer work experience

* Schedule:

** 1st shift (5:00 am - 1:30 pm)

** Overtime:
** Mandatory, may include extended shifts and weekends

** Pay:**  $20.50 per hour

** Duration:
** Temp-to-hire with intent to convert upon eligibility

** Requirements*
* + Previous experience operating forklifts in freezer environments required

+ Must supply own safety shoes; cold-weather jackets and bibs provided after initial successful weeks on assignment

+ Casual, appropriate warm clothing required

+ Strong team player
