Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic forklifts, palletizing arms, conveyors, and racking systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation;
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues across automated systems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity;
Monitor system performance, respond promptly to alerts or faults in real time, and take appropriate action to resolve issues;
Collaborate with remote support and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems;
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and system updates
