Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Facility Maintenance

As a Maintenance Lead, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. • Support the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating and executing maintenance activities across the facility.
• Lead, train, and support maintenance team members to ensure efficient operations and safety compliance.
• Support preventative maintenance planning and recommend permanent solutions to recurring equipment issues.
• Communicate critical maintenance situations and elevate concerns when guidance or support is needed.
• Utilize tools and equipment to maintain, inspect, adjust, repair, and replace machinery and facility equipment.

• Experience in repairing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production and facility equipment.
• Proficiency in electrical equipment involving DC and AC voltages and control devices such as sensors and switches.
