Maintenance Technician- Orion Prospect

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to policies and safety standards;
Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists;
Tracks inventory and requisitions materials from the property maintenance department;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities such as cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting as needed
