Janitorial - Fill -in

Summary:

Work at various customer accounts, as needed to fill-in or to start a new job. Clean room, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met; complete project work as assigned.

Working

Schedule:

* Must have open availability during 4:00 PM - 12:20 AM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.

* Strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, carpet spot removal

* Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).

* General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition.

* Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.

* Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.

* Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.

* Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.

* Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.

* Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.

* Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

* Keep cleaning supplies in stock.

* Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.

Qualifications:

* Experience preferred

* Excellent attention to detail

* Valid Driver's License and basic drug screen are required.
