Vision System Technician

Responsibilities

• Setup and changeovers:
  Efficiently set up and perform changeovers of vision systems, ensuring smooth transitions and coordination with the production team according to the schedule.
• Maintenance and calibration:
  Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and performance checks on vision systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics:
  Identify and resolve issues with vision systems, using diagnostic tools and methodologies; collaborate with vendors and OEMs when required.
• System optimization:
  Optimize vision systems to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency, working with engineering and production teams.
• Documentation:
  Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance schedules, changeover procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Training and support:
  Provide training and support to end‑users and team members on operation, changeover, and maintenance of vision systems.
• Continuous improvement:
  Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements.

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, demonstrating required knowledge, skill, and ability.

Pay for this role is $27.00 per hour, based on factors such as education, work experience, certifications, and location.
